A man who died in hospital after he struck a cyclist while they were blind has been identified by police.
The 26-year-old was taken to hospital after the incident on Sunday.
A post-mortem examination found that he had died from the impact.
Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
A woman who was riding the same bike as Mr Kuzembekov told The Australian newspaper she was hit in the head by a piece of metal that had hit Mr Krasnijder’s bike, while she was filming him.
“I just saw him fall, he was laying on the ground, he had a bit of blood,” she said.
“He was blind.
I didn’t see anything.
