Blind online: You don’t have to be blind to use Google Now

If you use Google’s Google Now service, it will give you access to blind features such as text-to-speech and the ability to search by sight or hearing.

However, it won’t necessarily recognize your eyesight or the type of vision you have.

For example, if you have a narrow vision, it may not understand that you are using the speech-recognition system.

That means you won’t be able to find relevant information and you might not be able a certain Google search or find relevant answers, according to the company.
